Freeburn
2004 Bay Thoroughbred Gelding
Retired sound from the track in October 2009 and has completed 2 months of retraining. He very social and is always the first to greet you in the pasture. He does very well with daily turnout. He is respectful to his handler and follows body language queues to halt etc, and continues to improve. He completely aims to please and doesn't want to do wrong; therefore very quiet, subtle corrections are all that are ever needed.
"Espresso" as his foster home calls him, is working well under saddle. He walks, trots and canters quietly. He also works well inside or outside and we feel he is a very nice hunter prospect.
